This project is currently in active development and developed as a hobby project. The goal of the project is to create an employee satisfaction platform, where orginaztion can sign up to start sendning out anonymous surveys to their employees to gather insight into their employees working experience inorder to improve the working experience, and improve employee retention. Furthermore, the goal of the platform is to have a backend for professional business coaches that can coach employees who might struggle with stress or a lack of engagement in the organization.
